Yes, You Can Book Just One Session. No, I Won’t Judge You.

I genuinely believe every single person can benefit from a coach and that ideally, everyone would see a coach on a regular basis, even as seldom as quarterly.

I also genuinely believe coaching can be accessible to most people and that great coaching can be affordable.

That’s why I coach with Shimmer (ADHD Coaching app), because you can get a monthly subscription from $140-$345/month USD ($190-$475/month CAD) with coaching sessions ranging from 15-45 minutes, weekly or bi-weekly.

My private rates are higher because of the overhead costs to run my business (whereas with Shimmer I get assigned clients and it's all taken care of easily on the platform).

The difference is that someone can purchase 1 session at a time and schedule sessions at their leisure, without a monthly commitment.

I am not buying into the idea that someone must commit more time or more money to get the results they’re looking for.

Almost 30% of Canadians report living with at least one disability and are more likely to earn less than their non-disabled counterparts, and I mostly work with disabled people, so it’s important to me to acknowledge this reality.

With me, you can buy just one 45 minute session and it’s totally possible you will identify solid next steps for yourself, find something to experiment with, or clarify your goals.

I’m not interested in pushing anyone toward a “high ticket” offer or manipulating someone into spending more under the guise that “if they were truly ready to invest in themselves the money wouldn’t matter,” or whatever BS I’ve seen before.

Who am I to say “you need at least 8 sessions to see results.” WTF?

I’m a really great coach and I’m confident that even with one single session you can get big value.

I’m a resource and coaching is a very impactful and effective tool to support anyone with living more intentionally, and I believe every individual can determine for themselves how and when they want to take advantage of coaching in their lives.

You know what you need, what you can afford, and what you have capacity for, not me.
