🔅 June is filling up, but I still have a small amount of availability left for #Pride Month speaking engagements and workshops. 🗓️

Smiling woman in red off-shoulder top and glasses sits at a desk with books and a lamp in a bright white room.

I’m also currently booking for July’s #DisabilityPrideMonth and already starting to receive bookings for October’s #NationalDisabilityEmploymentAwarenessMonth (#NDEAM)!!

Which means now is the time to start planning if your organization wants to bring in a speaker this year! 📢

Most organizations are still approaching neuroinclusion, disability, mental health, and accessibility as #burnout, communication, leadership, and culture every day.

Employees notice the gap immediately when celebrations and awareness campaigns are not backed by meaningful workplace change.

My sessions focus on practical, evidence informed conversations about:

• Neuroinclusive leadership

• Accessibility and accommodations

• Psychological safety and why it often fails in practice

• Burnout and workplace design

• AI and the neurodivergent workforce

• Queer and neurodivergent intersectionality 🌈

• Reducing friction, miscommunication, and bias at work

I work with organizations, leadership teams, conferences, ERGs, HR professionals, and nonprofits across Canada.

⏰ If your team is planning programming for Pride Month, Disability Pride Month, or NDEAM, now is a good time to get something on the calendar before schedules tighten in the fall!
