Let's be honest. Your accommodations process is designed to protect the company not to support employees.


Look at the structure:

⏳️ delays before anything changes


That’s liability management, not support.


The problem is, while you’re managing risk:


📉 performance drops

😰 burnout increases

🙅 trust erodes


By the time support is approved, it’s already too late.


And don't even get me started on whether the support that's eventually approved is even the right kind!


If your system prioritizes proof over speed, you’re not reducing risk. You’re creating it.
